As AgeCare celebrates our accomplishments over the last 25 years, our 2023 Annual Report focuses on our strengths: innovation, collaboration and strategic community partnerships. In a year of significant growth, we welcomed 23 Ontario communities to our family. We continued to adapt and evolve our operations with a focus on a seamless transition, consistency of care, integrating of systems and sharing of best practices.

We know that when we work together, when we engage our community — our residents, staff, volunteers, partners, collaborators and stakeholders — we can deliver best-in-class service, resident-centred care, and meaningful experiences to our residents.
